Use this form to create a new account if you do not have any children enrolled with the Springfield Public School district. If you do have students who are currently enrolled with the district, have been enrolled in the past, or have attended Explore summer learning classes, then you should already have a user account that is available for your use. Please contact your SPS school, and request information regarding your "Home Access Center" (HAC) account login and password.

If you do not have an account, use the form below to create a temporary user account that may be used to register your child with our programs. Once your child has been enrolled with SPS, a more permanent HAC account will be provided for you to use, and we recommend that you use that login and password in the future, once it is available.
